2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

• You agree to respect other users and Artists.
• You agree not to misuse platform features.

3. Artist Profiles

Artists or their authorized representatives may create and maintain profiles containing professional information.

4. User Responsibilities

All users are responsible for providing accurate, lawful and appropriate information.

5. Artist Directory

The Artist Directory is intended to help users discover and review professional Artist profiles.

Search results, Featured placement, Verified status, recommendations and other presentation features may depend on profile information, availability, relevance, editorial decisions, platform settings and other criteria.

TheSocialTrunk does not guarantee that a particular Artist will appear in a particular position or receive a specific number of enquiries.

6. Artist Matching

TheSocialTrunk may provide tools designed to help Clients identify potentially suitable Artists based on information such as profession, skills, location, language, experience and availability.

Matching results are provided as a convenience and are not a guarantee that an Artist is suitable for a particular project.

7. Bookings & Enquiries

An enquiry, message, Artist request or shortlist does not automatically create a confirmed booking.

A booking may become confirmed after the applicable confirmation process, agreement, payment, advance or other required step has been completed.

• Artist availability may change.
• Specific booking terms may apply.
• Additional arrangements may be required.
• Cancellations may be subject to applicable refund and cancellation terms.

8. Pricing

TheSocialTrunk may not publicly display pricing on Artist profiles.

Where applicable, pricing may be discussed privately based on the Artist, project, duration, location, travel, campaign scope, event requirements and other applicable factors.

A price communicated during an enquiry may not constitute final acceptance until formally confirmed.

9. Payments

Where TheSocialTrunk accepts payments for a service, booking, digital service, Artist engagement or other transaction, applicable payment conditions may be communicated before completion.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and may also be subject to their applicable terms.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable Refund & Returns Policy and, where relevant, specific booking or service agreements.

Refund eligibility may depend on cancellation timing, work completed, advance payments, third-party costs, Artist commitments and other applicable conditions.

11. Artist Content

Artists and users remain responsible for the content they submit to TheSocialTrunk.

• You should have the necessary rights or permissions for uploaded photographs and videos.
• Professional claims should be accurate.
• Content must comply with applicable law.
• Content should not infringe third-party rights.

12. Use of Submitted Content

By submitting content for publication on the platform, you grant TheSocialTrunk the necessary non-exclusive rights to host, display, format, reproduce and use that content for operating and promoting the relevant services, subject to applicable law and any specific agreement between the parties.

This does not automatically transfer ownership of your underlying intellectual property.

13. Intellectual Property

TheSocialTrunk's platform, design, branding, logos, software, graphics, layouts, proprietary text and related materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, reverse engineer, modify or commercially exploit proprietary platform material without appropriate authorization.

14. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform to:

15. Accounts & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

• Use appropriate account security.
• Do not share passwords unnecessarily.
• Notify us of suspected unauthorized activity.
• Log out from shared devices where appropriate.

16. Artist Verification

TheSocialTrunk may provide profile verification categories such as:

• Identity Verified
• Social Verified
• Professional Verified
• TheSocialTrunk Verified

Verification is not necessarily a guarantee of every Artist statement, achievement, credential, engagement or future performance.

17. Suspension & Termination

TheSocialTrunk may suspend, restrict or terminate an account or profile where reasonably necessary, including where there is a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, security concerns, unlawful activity, misleading information or other misuse.

18. Accuracy of Information

TheSocialTrunk provides a platform for professional presentation and discovery.

While reasonable measures may be taken to review or verify information, we do not guarantee that every Artist statement, credential, achievement, availability status, social figure or professional detail is always complete, current or error-free.

Users should conduct appropriate due diligence before entering into an engagement.

19. No Guarantee of Results

TheSocialTrunk does not guarantee that:

• An Artist will receive bookings.
• A Client will find a suitable Artist.
• A particular enquiry will become a booking.
• An Artist will remain available.
• A campaign will produce a specific result.
• A particular number of views, leads or conversions will be generated.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TheSocialTrunk shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform.

This may include losses related to missed opportunities, business interruption, third-party platform failures, Artist unavailability, project cancellation or disputes between users.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

21. User-to-User Engagements

Engagements involving Artists, Clients, Brands, Agencies, Event Organizers and other parties may be governed by separate agreements.

TheSocialTrunk may facilitate discovery, communication or booking support, but does not necessarily become a party to every agreement between users.

22. Third-Party Services

The platform may link to or integrate with third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, payment providers, analytics services and external websites.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies and privacy practices.
